2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Yellow City Custom Tees provides a variety of products and creative services, including but not limited to:

• Custom apparel printing and personalized merchandise

• Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers and gang sheets

• Individual DTF transfers

• Wholesale and retail blank apparel

• Boutique clothing and accessories

• Custom banners, posters, and signage

• Sublimation and specialty printing

• Personalized gifts and promotional merchandise

• 3D printing and engraving services

• Other products, services, workshops, and retail merchandise

Products and services are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, limit, or refuse products and services at any time, subject to applicable law and existing customer obligations.

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PAYMENT

All orders are subject to review, acceptance, product availability, and payment verification.

By placing an order, you agree that:

• All information submitted is accurate and complete.

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

• You have reviewed the items, quantities, sizes, colors, artwork, and customization details.

• You are responsible for supplying correct delivery and contact information.

An automated order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order.

We may contact customers to clarify artwork, pricing, inventory, shipping, or production requirements.

If we cannot fulfill an accepted and paid order, we will offer an appropriate resolution, including a refund when required.

Full payment is generally required before production begins unless an alternative payment arrangement has been approved in writing.

4. CUSTOM APPAREL AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Custom products are manufactured according to customer specifications.

Customers are responsible for verifying all submitted information, including:

• Spelling and punctuation

• Names and personalization

• Artwork and graphic placement

• Clothing sizes and garment styles

• Design colors

• Print dimensions

• Quantities and order instructions

Once production has begun, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

If an order requires a digital proof, the customer's approval authorizes us to proceed with production using the approved specifications.

Yellow City Custom Tees is not responsible for errors present in artwork or proofs approved by the customer, except where production does not match the approved specifications.

Custom-made and personalized products are generally final sale, except for verified production defects, errors attributable to our business, or circumstances in which a refund or other remedy is required by law.

5. DTF TRANSFERS AND GANG SHEETS

Customers purchasing DTF transfers or gang sheets agree to the following requirements.

Artwork Requirements

Customers must submit artwork suitable for printing. High-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds are recommended unless otherwise specified.

Artwork should be properly sized, with sufficient resolu
