Version 1 ยท Read to the end to continue
These Business Credit Terms ("Terms") govern any credit extended by Yellow City Custom Tees ("YCCT") to the business identified in the Business Credit Application ("Customer"). They apply together with the Credit Agreement signed by Customer. If these Terms and the signed Credit Agreement conflict, the signed Credit Agreement controls.
YCCT offers two payment terms. Customer may request one, and only the term approved in writing by YCCT applies:
Customer may request a credit limit of $500, $1,000, $1,500, $2,500, $3,500 or $5,000. The maximum credit limit is $5,000; no Customer may request or receive more than $5,000 through this program. YCCT sets the approved limit at its discretion, and requested limits and terms are not guaranteed.
Available credit is Customer's approved credit limit minus all unpaid invoices and open orders placed on credit. Orders placed on credit will not be accepted when they would exceed Customer's available credit. Customer may pay down open invoices or pay for the order in advance.
An invoice not paid in full by its due date is overdue. An overdue balance may trigger a credit hold under the signed Credit Agreement. During a credit hold, no new orders may be placed on credit. Customer may still make prepaid purchases when otherwise eligible. YCCT may lift a credit hold once Customer's account is brought current.
YCCT reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or reduce credit privileges in accordance with the signed Credit Agreement and applicable law. YCCT may review Customer's account periodically.
Customer authorizes YCCT to obtain commercial business credit reports and to contact and verify the trade credit references and business information provided, both during the application and while credit privileges remain in effect.
Customer must hold, or apply for, an approved YCCT wholesale account. Business credit approval is separate from wholesale pricing approval; approval of one does not guarantee approval of the other.
Customer certifies that all information in the application is true, complete and accurate, including its business EIN and sales tax documentation, and agrees to notify YCCT promptly of any change in ownership, legal name, address or financial condition.
Customer consents to conduct this transaction electronically. A typed or drawn signature submitted with this application is Customer's electronic signature and has the same effect as a handwritten signature. The signer represents that they are authorized to bind Customer to these Terms.
