Yes. Members may cancel future renewals through their membership account, subject to the published membership terms.
Absolutely. Active members receive special tier-based pricing on additional eligible gang sheets — from $15.29 on Print Insider down to $12.74 on Print Empire.
Up to 25% of your monthly sheet allowance may roll over into the next billing cycle, where supported by our redemption system. Rollover is rounded down to the nearest whole sheet: up to 1 sheet on Print Insider, 3 on Print Pro, 7 on Print Elite and 12 on Print Empire. Rolled-over sheets expire at the end of that next billing cycle and do not roll over again.
Yes. Eligible longer sheets use multiple 27.5" × 24" sheet allowances — a 27.5" × 48" sheet uses 2, and a 27.5" × 72" sheet uses 3.
VIP memberships provide production priority, not guaranteed same-day service. Completion depends on artwork readiness, operating capacity, equipment availability, and existing orders.
Yes. Eligible blank apparel purchases receive the applicable tier discount (5%, 10%, 15% or 20%), subject to exclusions.
Yes, subject to the subscription app's supported upgrade and billing options.
No separate membership setup fee is planned. Standard shipping, taxes, artwork services, or other applicable charges may still apply.
The fine print
Memberships renew automatically every month on your enrollment date at the tier price shown at checkout — $49.99, $99.99, $179.99 or $299.99 — plus applicable taxes, until cancelled. Your payment method is charged at each renewal.
Cancel future renewals anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle; your benefits and remaining sheets stay available until then. Charges already processed are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Each tier includes a set number of 27.5" × 24" sheet equivalents per billing cycle. One allowance redeems for one 27.5" × 24" DTF gang sheet (standard retail $16.99). Allowances have no cash value, are non-transferable and can't be exchanged for cash or store credit.
Up to 25% of a cycle's allowance, rounded down to the nearest whole sheet, may roll over into the next cycle where our redemption system supports it. Rolled-over sheets expire at the end of that next cycle and do not roll over again.
Allowances are redeemed in whole sheet equivalents. Longer sheets use multiple allowances (48" = 2, 72" = 3); lengths between increments round up to the next whole sheet equivalent. Partial allowances can't be carried over separately.
Blank apparel discounts apply to eligible blank apparel only. Gift cards, shipping, taxes, finished custom-printed goods and items marked as excluded are not eligible. Extra-sheet member rates apply to standard 27.5" × 24" sheet equivalents.
Artwork must be print-ready (high-resolution, transparent background). You confirm you hold the rights to all submitted artwork. We may decline files that are low quality, infringing or inappropriate; artwork fixes may be billed as design services.
Priority printing places eligible orders ahead of standard orders but does not guarantee a specific turnaround or same-day service. Timing depends on artwork readiness, existing commitments, equipment availability and production capacity.
Membership pricing and discounts can't be combined with wholesale pricing, other discount codes or promotional pricing unless we say so in writing.
Yellow City Custom Tees may change tiers, benefits, availability and renewal pricing. We'll notify active members in advance, and changes apply from your next billing cycle — you may cancel before they take effect.
