Questions about DTF? We're here to help.
Still not sure? Call 806-718-TEES or email support@806tees.co.
What are DTF transfers?
DTF (direct-to-film) transfers are full-color designs printed onto a special film with an adhesive backing. You heat-press them onto apparel and other compatible fabrics—no weeding, no screens, vibrant detail.
How do I build a gang sheet?
Open our DTF Builder, choose your sheet size, upload your artwork and arrange your designs. Review everything, add it to your cart and check out.
What artwork formats do you accept?
For the sharpest results, upload high-resolution PNG files with a transparent background, sized at the size you want printed. The builder shows the file types it accepts when you upload. Not sure your file is print-ready? Email support@806tees.co.
What size are your gang sheets?
Our gang sheets are 27.5 inches wide, with multiple lengths to choose from in the DTF Builder.
Can I order one transfer?
Yes. Our single DTF transfers come in 11 sizes, starting at $1.00. Pick your size, upload your design and check out.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship across the United States from our Amarillo shop. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.
How long does printing take?
Turnaround depends on order size and current production volume. Single transfers submitted before 1 p.m. may be ready for same-day pickup in Amarillo. Working against a deadline? Call or email us before you order.
How do I apply DTF transfers?
Use a heat press and follow the application method and peel temperature listed on each transfer's product page. Generally: pre-press the garment, position the transfer, press with firm pressure, then peel as directed.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. We offer wholesale and volume pricing options for businesses and repeat or larger orders. Apply for wholesale or email orders@806tees.co.
Can I order finished custom shirts instead?
Absolutely. We print finished custom apparel for individuals, families, teams and businesses, and we carry ready-to-wear graphic tees. Start a custom order or request a quote.
